How Toddler Swim Lessons Work
1
Fun warm-up
We start with songs, splashing, and water play to build excitement and comfort before skill work begins.
2
Floating & kicking
Toddlers practice independent floating on their back and front, plus strong kicking with support and guidance.
3
Arm movements & coordination
We introduce early arm strokes and teach toddlers to coordinate their movements through the water.
4
Water safety fundamentals
Every lesson reinforces safety — pool edge skills, rolling to float, and calling for help.
Toddler Swim Lesson FAQs
My toddler is afraid of water. Can you help?
Absolutely. Many toddlers start with some fear. Analisa uses a gentle, patient approach that builds trust and comfort at your child's pace.
Does a parent need to be in the water?
For toddlers under 2, a parent is typically in the water. For older toddlers, we transition to instructor-led lessons as comfort allows.
How long is each lesson?
Toddler lessons run 25–30 minutes — the perfect length for this age group's attention span and energy level.
How many lessons until my toddler can swim?
Most toddlers show strong progress within 8–12 lessons, though every child develops at their own pace.
