What’s included in the free evaluation?
A 10-minute in-person meeting at your pool where Analisa meets your child, watches them in the water, and assesses their current skill level. You’ll get a personalized program recommendation and an honest answer about the right cadence for your family. No commitment, no pressure, no payment required.
Can I switch between 1x and 2x per week?
Yes, anytime. Many families start with once-a-week to build comfort and routine, then move to twice a week when they want faster progress — before a vacation, summer, or swim team tryout. Just give us a heads up at the start of a new month and we’ll adjust your plan.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes — sibling pricing is available for households with two or more children in lessons. The discount depends on whether kids are taking back-to-back individual sessions or sharing a semi-private slot. Call (714) 520-1810 for a custom quote that fits your family.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations. Lessons cancelled with proper notice can be rescheduled at no charge within the same month. Same-day cancellations may be billed depending on circumstances.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans run month-to-month, and you can pause, switch cadence, or stop at any time. The free evaluation has zero commitment attached — it’s just a chance to meet and see if we’re the right fit.
What if I only want occasional lessons?
For one-off or flexible scheduling — vacation prep, refreshers, or out-of-town visits — drop-in lessons are available at $200 per session. The monthly plans are a better value if you want consistent weekly progress, but the flat-rate option exists for families who need full flexibility.
